With a staff trained in languages, your company will be able to find new clients, provide better services to its current foreign clients, and motivate its employees by training them using company resources.
For the training bonus to be successfully processed, the following steps must be followed:
KEY will maintain direct and dynamic communication with all parties involved in the training, from HR to the participants. We will align criteria and objectives to provide the ideal methodology in each case.
Meeting with the HR department to analyze how much credit your company has, what your staff needs, and how participants will be distributed based on their characteristics.
Meeting with the client
We will hold an informative meeting with the interested company to explain to them the entire training credit process through FUNDAE credits, what our training is like, timelines, and how we proceed to process the training credit.
Credit check in FUNDAE
Once the company gives us its approval, we will verify how much credit it has available and under what conditions. With this information, the interested company will be able to establish its training budget and in what modalities it can carry it out.
Placement tests
We will conduct level tests for all participants in the training to determine their starting point.
Needs analysis
We will establish what corporate needs there are for the participants, such as what level you want the workers to reach, schedules, frequency, type of training, etc.
Assignment of Training Plan
Based on all the previous information, we will create a tailor-made training plan that covers all the needs of the company and the student and fits the established budget and deadlines.
The day-to-day of training with KEY. The Secretariat department will be available to the students and the HR department while the native teachers teach the classes or correct activities.
Notification of the training in FUNDAE
Once confirmation is obtained from the company, we will proceed to notify the training to be delivered within the SEPE (FUNDAE) platform.
Monitoring and Promotion
The students will receive periodic notifications from both the secretariat and their tutors so that they stay current with their training. Reminders of classes, schedules, etc.
Periodic reports
Human Resources departments will receive periodic reports with a detailed breakdown of each participant's performance. Their progress, grades, professor's comments, etc.
Notification of course closure to FUNDAE
When the course concludes, we will notify FUNDAE of the completion and will send all the closing documentation to the client company.
Processing of the completion of the training, use of the credit, and submission of supporting documentation.
Application of the Bonus on Social Security
SEPE will be notified in which month the courses will be subsidized through discounts on Social Security contributions.
Sending documentation to the company
Once the subsidy has been processed, we will send all the project documentation to the client company: start notifications, diplomas, closing, evaluation questionnaires, etc.
4 years at your disposal
Although upon closing the courses we send all the documentation, we commit to retaining it for 4 years. In the event that a client company receives any type of inspection, we will send them everything they need.

It depends on the size of the company. For a small company, one week. Medium, between 2 and 3 weeks. For a large company, approximately 1 month. It depends on the number of level tests to be performed.
Yes, provided that the company is based in Spain and the students are registered with the Social Security. It should also be taken into account that only the types of training eligible for subsidies within the catalog can be chosen. We recommend that you schedule a meeting and we will explain the entire subsidy process and its requirements.
We normally use Teams, Zoom or GoogleMeet, but we can adapt to the customer's needs without any problem.
